Green beans, spicy – South China

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g beans, green
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 100 g bacon
  • some oil for frying
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Ready in about 15 to 20 minutes, very tasty and inexpensive.

Finely chop the garlic. Halve the chili and cut the meat into small pieces. Break the washed and cleaned beans into approximately 3 cm long pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and chili to the hot oil and fry lightly. Add the meat, and once it turns white, add the beans. Pour in a little (very little) water, cover, and stir occasionally. Once the water has evaporated and the beans change color, the dish is ready and ready to serve. A glass of milk should be placed next to the plate; milk reduces the spiciness. Rice might be a good side dish. My Chinese friend also makes egg with tomatoes, potatoes with meat, and also likes rice. I should mention that I hate green beans, but after the first taste, I was hooked…
