Green Cabbage Casserole

  • 800 g Kale fresh, cleaned and chopped up
  • 2 Large onions
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Mashed potatoes from 1kg potatoes
  • 0,125 liter Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Coarse, medium-hot mustard
  • 4 piece Salmon, thawed

  3. Mix the sour cream and mustard for the sauce and spread on the casserole. Bake the casserole in the oven preheated to 200 ° / 175 ° for about 10 minutes.
