Ingredients
- 1 small Savoy cabbage
- 1 kg Potato small
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 400 g Minced meat
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 250 g Whipped cream
- 1,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 50 g Parmesan
- Flour
- Butter
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Boil peeled potatoes but only for about 15 minutes, then peel them.
- Clean the sausage, cut the stalk into coarse strips and sauté in butter for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper
- Chop the onions and carrots and fry them in butter with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper .
- Dice tomatoes and add to the onion and carrot mince mixture with the tomato paste
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sweat with 2 tablespoons of flour. Deglaze with 1/8 liter of water and cream, bring to the boil and stir in the broth. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the Parmesan
- First put savoy cabbage in a flat baking dish, then spread the potatoes mince and sauce on it. Bake in the oven at 150 C for 30 minutes (my casserole was not as dark as it looks in the photo)
