Potato Casserole with Minced Meat and Savoy Cabbage

Ingredients
 

  • 1 small Savoy cabbage
  • 1 kg Potato small
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil peeled potatoes but only for about 15 minutes, then peel them.
  • Clean the sausage, cut the stalk into coarse strips and sauté in butter for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper
  • Chop the onions and carrots and fry them in butter with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper .
  • Dice tomatoes and add to the onion and carrot mince mixture with the tomato paste
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sweat with 2 tablespoons of flour. Deglaze with 1/8 liter of water and cream, bring to the boil and stir in the broth. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the Parmesan
  • First put savoy cabbage in a flat baking dish, then spread the potatoes mince and sauce on it. Bake in the oven at 150 C for 30 minutes (my casserole was not as dark as it looks in the photo)
