Green Coconut Soup with Prawns

- 500 g Celeriac fresh
- 2 Pc. Onions
- 20 g Ginger
- 800 ml Vegetable broth
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 450 g Frozen peas
- 300 g Canned corn kernels
- 300 g Fresh prawns
- 2 Pc. Limes
- Salt
- Sweet paprika
- Pepper
- Chop the celeriac and onions, chop the ginger. Bring the broth, coconut milk, ginger, onions, approx. 4 pinches of salt and, if necessary, paprika to the boil in a saucepan. Then add the celery and peas and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Now puree everything. If the consistency is too thick, add a little coconut milk. Add the corn to the soup and let it warm up briefly. Season the soup with salt, pepper and lime juice. Then fry the prawns and season with garlic if necessary. Serve the soup and drape the prawns on the plate.
