Green Lasagna

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g tomatoes, chopped from the can
  • 225 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 3 lasagna sheets, green
  • 200 g light cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • some water
  • possibly cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

It couldn’t be easier

First, defrost the spinach leaves in a pan with a little water, salt, and pepper according to the package instructions. Then add the can of tomatoes and 100g of cream cheese. Once everything is mixed together, layer the mixture alternately with the lasagna sheets in a small baking dish. Start with the vegetable mixture and finish with the rest. Finally, add the remaining 100g of cream cheese in small piles on top. If you like, you can sprinkle with cheese, but it tastes great without! Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 20-25 minutes. It has a total of 430 kcal and is a generous portion.
