Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g whole-grain pasta (spaghetti or rigatoni)
- 180 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 can of tomatoes, in pieces
- 100 g cream cheese (Exquisa fitline 0.2%)
- 1 small chili pepper(s) or pri-pri
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan or other grated cheese
- Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Dice the onion and garlic into small cubes and sauté in a deep pan with oil. Then add the chicken breast strips and fry everything over a high heat. Finely chop the prawns and add them to the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder for those who like it extra spicy. Add the tomatoes and cream cheese and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Place the pasta on plates, pour the sauce over it, and serve sprinkled with cheese. For those who eat WW: the sauce has a total of 5 points. With wholemeal pasta, you get 3 points per person, plus 1 point for the cheese per person. The whole meal comes to 6.5 points per person.
