Green salad with peppers, salmon fillet and fried egg with Parmesan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce, or 1 package of lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 piece(s) salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp water, cold
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack of ready-made dill herb mix
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine cream, oil, and water in a shaker. Add salt, pepper, and the herb mixture, and shake vigorously to create a delicious cream sauce. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and drain. Cut the bell pepper into small strips. Fry the salmon fillet in a pan. When it’s almost done, add the two fried eggs and sprinkle them with salt and pepper while cooking. Place the lettuce and bell pepper strips on a plate, drizzle with the cream sauce, then place the salmon fillet and the two fried eggs on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. If desired, you can also add a dash of lemon juice to the salmon.
