Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of herbs (seven herbs for green sauce)
- 1 jar Miracle Whip
- ½ lemon(s)
- 200 g yogurt
- 250 g whipped cream
- 250 g sour cream
- ½ tsp, leveled sugar
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Hessian favorite dish
Wash the herbs thoroughly and place them in a blender. Chop finely on high. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until you have a smooth green sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Green sauce goes well with fish, schnitzel, boiled potatoes, and/or hard-boiled eggs.
