Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g 8 herbs, frozen
- 800 g sour cream
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 ml salad cream Miracle Whip
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 450 ml whole milk
- 8 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1.2 kg potatoes, waxy
- Salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce, except for the 8 herbs, in a bowl and stir until smooth. Then fold in the 8 herbs. Finally, slice the eggs with an egg slicer and fold in. Tip: If you don’t like eggs, they can also be served separately. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes. Do the potato test (pierce the potato with a sharp knife; if it sticks, it’s not cooked yet). Serve everything together on a plate.
