Green semolina porridge

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 zucchini, finely chopped
  • 50 ml water
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 70 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roughly chop the lamb’s lettuce and finely chop the zucchini. Cover and cook both in a saucepan with 50 ml of water over moderate heat. Add the semolina and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Serve warm sprinkled with cheese.
