Green smoothie with spinach
First, cut the mango into pieces (you can also put the mango pieces in the freezer beforehand; this way you’ll have a cold drink in the summer and save yourself the ice cubes). Then add the spinach and mango to the blender and blend. After half a minute, add the pineapple juice and blend for another half a minute. Make sure everything is blended! If that’s still too thick, you can add more pineapple juice. Notes: Green smoothies are incredibly healthy because they stimulate digestion and detoxify the body. I’ve never wanted to try them, but this recipe won me over because you can’t taste the spinach at all. The pineapple juice makes it really sweet and tastes great! Try it and see for yourself. A green smoothie can also be consumed after exercise. However, there should be an hour between a cooked meal and consuming a green smoothie. A green smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of three days!
