Green Smoothie (Sandra Schneiders)

The perfect green smoothie (sandra schneiders) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Dates
  • 2 piece Carrots with green
  • 2 piece Lavender
  • 5 piece Basil leaves
  • 5 piece Mint leaves
  • 4 piece Sage leaves
  • 50 g Fresh spinach
  • 3 piece Leaf parsley branches
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 3 tbsp Ice cubes
  1. First, soak the dates in water a few hours before preparation. Cut off the greens from the carrots and set them aside. Put lavender, basil, mint, sage, spinach, parsley, mango, banana, carrot greens and pickled dates in the blender, add the water and mix everything well.
  2. Add cinnamon (or honey) to taste, depending on your taste. If the smoothie is too warm, mix it with ice cubes as well.
