Ingredients
- 4 Dates
- 2 Carrots with green
- 2 Lavender
- 5 Basil leaves
- 5 Mint leaves
- 4 Sage leaves
- 50 g Fresh spinach
- 3 Leaf parsley stems
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 500 ml Water
- 1 Mango
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp Ice cubes
Instructions
- First, soak the dates in water a few hours before preparation. Cut off the greens from the carrots and set them aside. Put lavender, basil, mint, sage, spinach, parsley, mango, banana, carrot greens and pickled dates in the blender, add the water and mix everything well.
- Add cinnamon (or honey) to taste, depending on your taste. If the smoothie is too warm, mix it with ice cubes as well.
