Drink: Green Spinach and Protein Smoothie

The perfect drink: green spinach and protein smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Add everything as you like or just individual ingredients:

  • 1 Pc. Frozen banana sliced
  • 200 ml Carrot, orange and banana juice
  • 1 Pc. Cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 1 Handful Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Pure whey protein
  • 2 tsp Hemp protein
  • 0,5 Pc. Avocado to taste
  • 2 tbsp Almased powder at will
  • 1 tsp Lebepur smoothie antioxidant powder at will
  1. The amount makes about two large cocktail glasses full. Put all of the above ingredients in the high-performance mixer and mix for approx. 15-20 seconds. Fill into glasses and slurp away straight away. The smoothie shouldn’t stand for longer than half an hour, otherwise the vitamins will be lost.
  2. You can also increase the amount of spinach and use some water or coconut water and less carrot juice.
