Drink: Green Spinach and Protein Smoothie
The perfect drink: green spinach and protein smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Add everything as you like or just individual ingredients:
- 1 Pc. Frozen banana sliced
- 200 ml Carrot, orange and banana juice
- 1 Pc. Cucumber, cut into pieces
- 1 Handful Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp Pure whey protein
- 2 tsp Hemp protein
- 0,5 Pc. Avocado to taste
- 2 tbsp Almased powder at will
- 1 tsp Lebepur smoothie antioxidant powder at will
- The amount makes about two large cocktail glasses full. Put all of the above ingredients in the high-performance mixer and mix for approx. 15-20 seconds. Fill into glasses and slurp away straight away. The smoothie shouldn’t stand for longer than half an hour, otherwise the vitamins will be lost.
- You can also increase the amount of spinach and use some water or coconut water and less carrot juice.
