“Popeye” green smoothie
- 1 kilogram Spinach
- 0,5 piece Cucumber
- 250 Milliliters Coconut rice milk
- 0,333333 piece Pineapple
- 1 piece Orange
- 1 piece Apple
- 2 tablespoon Desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon Nut butter

- 500 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 bunch Celeriac
- 1 tablespoon Nut butter

- 0,25 piece Pineapple
- 1 piece Orange

- Cut the spinach into small pieces, peel and dice the cucumber and put both in the blender. Add coconut rice milk and mix everything very finely.
- Peel the pineapple and orange and put them in the blender with the other ingredients, cut into cubes. Finally add desiccated coconut and nut butter and mix everything very finely – done!

- Cut the lettuce and celery into small pieces and place in the blender. Add the nut butter and coconut rice milk. Chop everything very finely in the mixer – done!

- Peel the pineapple and orange, cut into small pieces. Add the fruit to the other ingredients in the blender and mix very finely. Serve with a few desiccated coconut – done!

- Peel and dice the honeydew melon and oranges and put them in the blender. Chop the peppers and carrots and put everything together in the blender. Add coconut rice milk and olive oil and mix very finely in the blender.
- Serve with the mint leaves – done.
