Radish and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 Radish
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 100 g Cubes of raw ham
  • 100 g Crumbled Feta
  • 100 g Chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

dressing

  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Wash the radishes and the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
  • Remove the seeds from the pointed peppers, wash them and cut into small cubes
  • Put everything in a bowl and mix with the ham, feta and chives, season with salt and pepper.

dressing

  • Mix the dressing ingredients well, pour over the salad and carefully fold in - use vinegar and sugar to your liking. Let the salad simmer a little.
