- 10 Radish
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 100 g Cubes of raw ham
- 100 g Crumbled Feta
- 100 g Chives
- Salt
- Pepper
dressing
- 100 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Oil
Instructions

- Wash the radishes and the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
- Remove the seeds from the pointed peppers, wash them and cut into small cubes
- Put everything in a bowl and mix with the ham, feta and chives, season with salt and pepper.
dressing
- Mix the dressing ingredients well, pour over the salad and carefully fold in - use vinegar and sugar to your liking. Let the salad simmer a little.
