Green tagliatelle with salmon and mustard cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • 500 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Rinse the salmon fillet briefly, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Bring the cream and 200 ml of milk to a boil. Blend the cornstarch with the remaining milk until smooth and stir in until thickened. Then stir in the mustard and lemon juice. Add the salmon pieces and cook until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the tagliatelle.
