Green Witch Fingers

- 200 g Ice cold butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 300 g Flour
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Salt
- Green food coloring
- Skinned almonds
- Work the cold butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, egg yolk, salt and the green food coloring into a kneading dough. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film, then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
