Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 Pepper, hot
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp herbs, green or pizza seasoning
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 pinches of salt
- 10 tbsp vegetable oil

The 5 servings are for 5 medium-sized steaks or schnitzels. Peel and roughly chop the onion. Peel the garlic. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly. Lightly prick the grilled meat with a fork and pour the marinade over it in a bowl. Rub everything in well with your hand and spread evenly. Refrigerate and let stand for at least three hours, or overnight if preferred. If desired, you can brush on more marinade while grilling. But be careful, it can quickly become quite spicy.
