Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 5 cloves garlic
- 300 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper

Remove the needles from the rosemary sprigs and place them in a tall measuring jug along with the thyme. Add the olive oil and blend everything with a hand blender until the herbs are finely chopped. Add the garlic cloves and season well with salt and pepper. Marinate the meat for a few hours, which will intensify its flavor even further!
