Butter the white bread slices on both sides and toast them in a pan. Season the bread slices with salt and pepper. Then add the bacon slices to the pan, fry until crispy, and set aside. Slice the pear and finely chop the rosemary. Place one slice of goat cheese, two slices of bacon, two slices of pear, and rosemary on each slice of bread. Cover the sandwich with a second slice. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes. Grilling version: Spread the bread slices with butter and grill on one side only. Grill the bacon.
