Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- n. B. Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fructose
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 stalks of basil, the leaves of which
Instructions

Trim the bottom 3 cm of the asparagus and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Rinse the strawberries and cut them in half. Mix a marinade with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a little salt, fructose, lemon juice, garlic, and the chopped basil leaves and marinate the strawberries in it (refrigerate for a few hours). Cut the asparagus into approximately 3 cm pieces and place them in a grill tray. Add the marinated strawberries and grill for about 8-10 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves to serve.
