Grilled Mushrooms

The perfect grilled mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 size Mushrooms
  • 70 g Greek feta
  • 12 Discs Raw ham
  1. Clean the mushrooms and unscrew the stems.
  2. Put a piece of feta in the mushrooms and wrap two slices of ham around the whole thing.
  3. Pin it with a toothpick and put it on the grill.
  4. You can also use other cheeses, e.g. mozzarella or Gouda, just as you like.
  5. The cheese shouldn’t be too spicy because grilling will make the ham quite hearty.
