Grilled Nectarines

The perfect grilled nectarines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Aside from that:

  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Some melted butter
  • 2 Bullets Vanilla icecream
  • 100 g Cream
  • Lemon balm for garnish
  • 1 Grill aluminum tray
  1. Wash the nectarines, pat dry, cut in half and stone. Brush each half with a little melted butter and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
  2. Place the nectarines on aluminum grill dishes and grill them on the open embers for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Serve 2 nectarine halves each garnished with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and a little whipped cream. Garnish with a little lemon balm.
