  • 1 zucchini
  • Spice mix (fried chicken seasoning)
  • e.g. cheese (Emmental)
  • possibly fat or oil for frying

Wash the zucchini and slice (approx. 5 to 8 mm thick). Sprinkle both sides with the roast chicken seasoning. The amount of seasoning used depends on your taste. If using sliced ​​cheese, chop it finely. Then fry the zucchini slices for about three minutes on one side on the grill or in a pan over medium heat (a dash of oil or fat is needed here). Then turn the slices over and top with the cheese. Continue frying until the cheese has melted and the zucchini slices are al dente. The grilled or fried zucchini slices are excellent as a main course or as a side dish for white meat (poultry, etc.). As a side dish, simply use half the amount.
