Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp raisins (rum raisins)
  • possibly rum, or some rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for the ice cream machine

Place all ingredients except the raisins in the ice cream maker for 30-40 minutes. Finally, fold in the rum-infused raisins.
