Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 onions
  • 3 gherkins
  • 3 apples, e.g. Braeburn
  • 1 jar pickled tomato peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 class jar Miracel Whip Balance

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

A hit at every barbecue, quick to make and super tasty!

Hard-boil the eggs and cut them into small pieces along with the gherkins, onions, and apples (with skin). Drain the bell pepper strips and add them. Mix everything with Miracle Whip. The salad doesn’t need any seasoning. It still tastes crunchy the next day (assuming there’s anything left over). This salad is a recipe from “Aunt Klärchen” and a must-have for us at every barbecue. It’s also great as a side salad, since many people don’t know it.
