Grilled Salmon Fillets
The perfect grilled salmon fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Salmon fillet
- 1 piece Onion white
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 20 ml Soy sauce
- 10 ml Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
- 1 pinch Ground caraway
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 piece Freeze bag
- Place the salmon fillets in a sufficiently large freezer bag.
- Process the remaining ingredients with the puree stick to a marinade and add to the fillets in the freezer bag, pushing the air out of the bag as completely as possible without squeezing the fillets and allowing everything to soak for 2 – 3 hours.
- Grill the fillets in an oiled grill tray on the charcoal grill for about 4 minutes on each side and then serve with a potato salad.
