Grilled salmon toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) sandwich toast
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 tsp creamed horseradish
  • 3 slices of smoked salmon
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 egg(s), already fried
  • 1 tsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread one side of the toast with butter and lightly toast that side on the grill. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into 0.5 cm thick slices. Remove the toast from the grill and spread the toasted side with creamed horseradish. Then place the mushrooms on the grill and grill for 1.5 minutes on each side. Top the toast with smoked salmon, season with pepper to taste, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the mushrooms and fried egg on top, season with pepper, and finally sprinkle with chives.
