Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 thick shrimp(s)
- oil
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- Salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Summer feeling
Remove the shells from the shrimp, devein them, and wash them. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add half the oil to a bowl, add the lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt, and mix well. Pat the shrimp dry, add them to the marinade, and marinate for a few minutes, turning occasionally. Then grill until pink.
