Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg Gambas (Black Tiger Gambas) with shell and head
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • ¼ liter olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely slice the garlic and chili peppers, and slice the bell pepper into strips. Spread the olive oil on a baking sheet until the bottom is completely covered, place the sheet in the oven, and preheat the oven to 200°C. Quickly spread the prawns, bell peppers, chili, and garlic on the hot baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and roast everything together for about 10 minutes, until the prawns have turned a nice red color. Serve with garlic cream and fresh ciabatta.
