Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g salsiccia or coarse raw sausage
- 6 slice(s) pancetta or smoked bacon
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)

Spiedini di salsiccia e pancetta
Cut the sausages into approximately 3 cm long pieces, roll up the bacon, and peel and quarter the onions. Thread the sausage, onion, and bacon rolls in this order onto the soaked skewers and grill gently over medium heat. You can also cook them in a pan. Serve the spiedini with a fresh salad and ciabatta or baguette.
