Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some parsley
- some salt and pepper
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegetarian, with mushrooms and feta cheese
Halve and hollow out the zucchini. Cut the mushrooms and feta cheese into small pieces, chop the parsley, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper, add oil, and add the garlic, either chopped or crushed. Fill the zucchini with the mixture and place it on the grill. Grill to your liking and enjoy.
