Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 roulades (turkey roulades)
- 1 small zucchini
- some herb cream cheese
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spread the roulades on a work surface and season both sides with salt and pepper. Wash the zucchini and peel them into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Spread the cream cheese thinly on the inside of the roulades and arrange the zucchini strips on top. Always leave a free edge on the outside. Roll up the roulades and secure with skewers. Grill on a grill or in a pan or griddle until the meat is cooked through. Serve with salad or bread, if desired.
