Chicken in parchment according to Ille with baked or grilled potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 vegetable onion(s) or large onion or 4 shallots
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 2 stalk(s) celery
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour for breading the chicken
  • chervil
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

or in aluminum foil for barbecue season… low in fat, makes you full and slim

Cut the vegetables into sticks and the onion into slices lengthwise! Make a marinade from the thyme and chervil with the spices and 1!!! tbsp of oil! Toss the vegetables in the marinade and let it rest for a while! Lightly dust the chicken breasts with flour and fry them all over in the remaining oil until browned! Place the breasts on lightly oiled parchment! Fry the marinated vegetables in the chicken pan for about 5 minutes. Distribute the vegetables on the breasts and tie, fold, or make small parcels into bags! Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for another 15-20 minutes! Prepare the vegetables and meat in the same way on the grill and then grill them later! This is great for preparing in advance for the evening! Baked potatoes or grilled potatoes go well with it!
