Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g roast veal, diced
- 2 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 2 bay leaves, crumbled
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp marjoram, fresh, chopped
- 6 tbsp red wine, dry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes
Expected
Thread the meat cubes onto four skewers and place them side by side in a shallow, sealable dish. Mix the garlic, herbs, red wine, oil, and pepper and pour over the meat. Rotate the skewers and marinate in a cool place for 8 hours, turning them occasionally. Remove from the marinade and pat dry thoroughly. Brush with oil and grill on the preheated grill until the skewers are cooked through. Add salt after grilling.
