Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- ¼ tsp all-spice
- ¼ tsp coriander, ground
- ¼ tsp brown sugar
- 500 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
If using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes before use! Preheat your charcoal or oven grill. Finely chop the onions and mix them with the FRESH coriander, spices, sugar, and ground beef (best done in a large bowl). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, shape the mixture into rolls around the skewers and lightly brush with oil. Grill the skewers over high embers or on the top rack of the oven grill for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through. Serve on bulgur or rice. Garnish with fresh, unchopped coriander. Serve with a small salad.
