  • some salt
  • some oil, neutral, (e.g. sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grilled asparagus spears ‘natural’

Peel the asparagus spears and trim off the woody bottom ends. Brush the asparagus with a little oil and add salt if desired. Place on the grill for about 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus spears, on the side, and cook until browned, turning occasionally. The asparagus will stay crisp! Adjust the number of asparagus spears to your liking.
