Ground elder salad with strawberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of ground elder
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 dashes balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pinch(s) pepper, mixed, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Snap the ground elder leaves off the stems, wash thoroughly, and arrange on a plate. Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts, halve them if desired, and arrange them on top of the ground elder. Generously grind the peppercorns over the top and drizzle with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Serve with a piece of white bread for dipping. These quantities are, of course, only guidelines.
