Ingredients
 

Topping:

  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 5 Discs Vegetable cucumber
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 2 piece Boiled potatoes
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Peruvian peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 piece Leek stalk

Instructions
 

Guacamole:

  • Measure out all ingredients, clean and cut if necessary and coarsely puree them together in a blender and place on a suitable plate or bowl.

Goes well with:

  • Barbecue, grilled meat and Mexican dishes.
