Ingredients
Topping:
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 5 Discs Vegetable cucumber
- 1 piece Red Onion
- 2 piece Boiled potatoes
- 3 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Peruvian peppercorns
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 Msp Salt
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 piece Leek stalk
Instructions
Guacamole:
- Measure out all ingredients, clean and cut if necessary and coarsely puree them together in a blender and place on a suitable plate or bowl.
Goes well with:
- Barbecue, grilled meat and Mexican dishes.
