Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 50 g Zucchini, diced
  • 50 g Red peppers, diced
  • 50 g Diced onions
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Tuscany herbs
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

Vegetable omelette:

  • Dice the vegetables and fry them in the pan with the oil. Finally add the two eggs and the milk and let them set, then fold roughly twice in the pan with the spatula.

Match with:

  • Toasted bread and rolls or with potatoes.
