Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour (type 405)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g butter
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 750 g quark (20%)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the base ingredients thoroughly to create a crumbly texture. Spread half of the crumb topping on the bottom of a well-greased springform pan and press down lightly. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy and then fold in the egg yolks. Add the semolina and fold in the quark and lemon zest. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and smooth it down. Arrange the drained mandarins on top and sprinkle the remaining crumb topping on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 60 to 70 minutes.
