Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 215 g butter, soft
- 110 g sugar
- 220 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ¾ cup chips (potato chips), salted, crumbled

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Makes about 15 pieces.
Preheat the oven to approximately 190°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the butter and sugar well. Add the flour and mix well. Add the vanilla sugar and potato chip crumbs (yes, they’re actually salted chips. Don’t let them cool) and mix well. Drop two teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one. Flatten slightly if necessary. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
