Gundermann Cream Cheese
The perfect gundermann cream cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 handful Gundermann leaves
- 300 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 toe Garlic, pressed
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together. Season to taste and refrigerate. Gundermann grows almost everywhere all year round. If you test a single leaf, it’s too bitter. You hardly notice any of this in the quark. These are the missing bitter substances that are needed in the digestive tract. Have fun with my herb kitchen!
