Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s) for baking, e.g., from Edeka
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150g tzatziki
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g chicken gyro meat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the flatbread in the oven according to the package instructions. Sear the chicken gyro. Prepare the tzatziki or take it out of the refrigerator. Finely dice the tomatoes and onions. Remove the warm flatbread from the oven and cut into three pieces, then slice down the middle. Fill the sliced ​​flatbread with the ingredients as desired and enjoy.
