Don broth:
- 8 g Kayan lambu broth, Kraft bouillon
- 500 g Water
- 6 kananan Red albasa
- 4 matsakaicin girma Fresh cloves na tafarnuwa
- 3 tbsp Man sunflower
- 6 matsakaicin girma Tumatir, cikakke cikakke
- 80 g Shredded karas
- 80 g Leek
- 20 g Seleri stalks, sabo ne ko daskararre
- 20 g Yankakken Ginger, sabo ko daskararre
- 2 Ganyen Kaffir, sabo ko daskarewa
Don saka launi:
- 2 matsakaicin girma Dankali, kakin zuma
- 40 g Yankan karas
- 12 g Baƙin dusar ƙanƙara
- 2 barkono mai zafi, ja, tsayi, mai laushi
- 2 kananan Green chillies
- 4 Stalk Kai-Lan, (broccoli na kasar Sin)
Don kayan yaji:
- 1 tsp Soya sauce, mai dadi
- 1 tsp Soya miya, haske
- 2 tsp Paprika foda, m
- 1 Msp Gyada mai daskarewa
- 1 Msp Cardamom foda
- 1 Msp Salt da barkono dandana
Don ado:
- 2 tbsp Kai lan rolls
- 4 Kai-Lan zukata
Umurnai
1. Mutuwar Suppenbrühe:
