Hack – Pasta Pan
The perfect hack – pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Mixed minced meat
- 300 g Kritharaki noodles
- 200 g Sheep cheese
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 400 ml Meatsoup
- 1 cups Cream
- 150 g Tomato paste
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Spice mix for gyros
- Pepper and salt
- Oregano
- Chop the onions and garlic.
- Season well with gyros spice.
- Then fry in a large pan with the onions and garlic and chop them up.
- Stir in the tomato paste, add the stock and cream, season with oregano if necessary, bring to the boil.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
- Add the pasta and let everything stew together.
- The mass should not be too firm, if necessary fill up with a little water.
- Dice the sheep’s cheese and fold in.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top and briefly push under the grill until the cheese has melted.
