Hack – Pasta Pan

The perfect hack – pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Mixed minced meat
  • 300 g Kritharaki noodles
  • 200 g Sheep cheese
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 400 ml Meatsoup
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 150 g Tomato paste
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Spice mix for gyros
  • Pepper and salt
  • Oregano
  1. Chop the onions and garlic.
  2. Season well with gyros spice.
  3. Then fry in a large pan with the onions and garlic and chop them up.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste, add the stock and cream, season with oregano if necessary, bring to the boil.
  5. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
  6. Add the pasta and let everything stew together.
  7. The mass should not be too firm, if necessary fill up with a little water.
  8. Dice the sheep’s cheese and fold in.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and briefly push under the grill until the cheese has melted.
