Halloumi Pepper Pan

The perfect halloumi pepper pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 packet Halloumi cheese
  • 3 Pc. Red pepper
  • 2 Pc. Onions
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the halloumi and paprika into bite-sized pieces, cut the onion into quarter rings, peel and mash the garlic cloves
  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  1. Sear the halloumi until it is lightly browned
  1. Add onion, paprika and garlic and stir-fry until paprika is soft
  1. Remove the garlic again
  1. Season with pepper
  1. Bon appetit!
