Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pita bread(s)
  • 4 slices of halloumi
  • 4 m.-large mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp tzatziki
  • 4 tbsp coleslaw
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Vegetarian

Toast the pita bread. Sauté the mushrooms and onions, seasoning with pepper, salt, and paprika. Remove the mushrooms and onions from the pan and set aside. Fry the halloumi slices on both sides until lightly browned. Now cut the pita bread open, spread with tzatziki, and then fill with coleslaw, mushrooms, and onions. Finally, place two slices of halloumi inside each slice.
