Halloumi, zucchini, and mango skewers for grilling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g halloumi
  • 1 mango(s), not too soft
  • 1 m.-large zucchini, not too wide
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • chili powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

fruity, hearty side dish

Cut the halloumi into rectangular, bite-sized pieces. Cut the mango into bite-sized cubes. Cut the zucchini into thin, flexible, long strips. If it’s not too wide, this is best done with a grater. Then roll the halloumi in the zucchini slice and secure it with the skewer. Then skewer a piece of mango. Repeat this process until the skewer is full. Make a marinade with a little olive oil, a pinch of salt, and chili, and brush the skewers with it before grilling.
