Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g cream
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • 8 slices of Black Forest ham
  • 8 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the cream with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Pour into 4 small gratin dishes (approx. 15 cm in diameter). Top each with 2 slices of thin Black Forest ham and 2 eggs. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C fan/convection oven) for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
